They can be educated about health and diseases through free medical camps and other awareness programs. They should know about proper diet, how to be fit through regular exercise, and be healthy. Everyone must be aware of regular health tests they need to undergo, depending on their age, gender, and health conditions. Free medical camps should be arranged specifically in rural areas because people living in villages are ignorant about their health issues
